Talk about stressed...

Howdy y'all. Hows things? Im sure they're great. But the question is, what if things aren't great? What if they are mediocre, or ordinary, or just so-so. Well, there are some things we can do about the little stresses in our life. Click Here to obtain a little insight into how we, as normal human beings can subdue the stress monster.
Everyone experiences stress now and then. I do, my friends do, even my co-workers do. One such person in my life has just bought a new car. He hadn't had the car for a week, before he got caught speeding. My partner, fell off a ladder at work, now I'm pretty sure he loved the time off. He got to lounge around the house, and bug me all day and night. He may not have been too stressed, but i certainly was. I found the site informative, and very helpful. I have almost reinvented myself, with a few tweeks here and there, with some help fom this site of course. And it has made a difference to my health and wellbeing. Listen to me, I sound like one of those cruddy, early morning infomecials. EEEWWWW, not what i was going for.
Did you know that sex is invigorating as well? When we have sex endorphins are released, and we feel better. We can feel happier, headaches can be relieved and so can minor sniffles or sneezes. So not only will a few minor life changes help relieve stress, being a little amorous couldn't hurt either. Karma sutra is something that many people around the world will tyr at one stage or another. You may have even perfected a position with out knowing it. Not all of the Karma sutra is difficult, you don't have to belong to a troupe of circus acrobats to give it a go. The Karma sutra is a way of connecting lovers spiritually and physically in a way that it possible for everyone. I love the Karma sutra, and so does my partner. We are very close, and somewhat adventurous. Maybe someday i will tell you a few stories. Are we interested yet? If you would like to know more, just Click Here.
Who knows. It just may be the very thing that helps stop your stress headaches. It helped mine, accompanied by numerous massages, administered by my loving partner. And he got a little bonus something in return... ;) (wink)

Till next time,
call me Cruza.
